Advance voting for the general primary continues from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Friday, May 17, leading up to the general primary on Tuesday, May 21
Advance voting is being held at the Board of Elections Office.
On election day, three precincts will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for the general primary:
- Beaverdam Precinct, Sonlight Baptist Church (1134 Hargrove Lake Road)
- Crawford Precinct, Historic Crawford Depot (1158 Athens Road)
- Lexington Precinct, elections office (41 Fairground Road)
As of Monday, 177 of 200 absentee ballots had been returned and approved, and 812 people had voted in person in advance.
