REACH, big checks ‘really cool’ for OCMS students

Five Oglethorpe County Middle School eighth-graders took an important step toward the future on Friday morning as they became the newest recipients of the REACH Georgia Scholarship.

Advanced Placement classes are a key part of the college application season. The topic has also surfaced in recent community listening sessions, where parents and students said they would like to see more AP options at the high school.
