Lexington needs DDA, commission spots filled

Organizations in Lexington say they need more residents to serve. Two spots need to be filled on Lexington’s Downtown Development Authority and one spot is open on the city’s Historic Preservation Commission.

Maxeys explores agency funding for water system repairs, upgrades

Reece wins Lexington mayoral race

Evelyn Reece will be the next mayor of Lexington.  Reece defeated Cory Crayton, a member of the Lexington City Council and Historic Preservation Board, to win the nonpartisan mayoral race, garnering 58% of the vote on Tuesday.
