Fun-filled summer for 4-H students

Update 

Oglethorpe County’s Kate Spearing is attending the Georgia State 4-H Congress in Atlanta this week. She was first in the safety project area at the district project achievement in the spring to qualify. If she wins, she will become a Master 4-Her.
