Alex Sims, of Colbert, died March 24, 2025.
The funeral service was at noon March 29 at Gholston Baptist Church, with Pastor Ricky Howard, eulogist. Interment was in the Holly Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife LaToya Sims, children Tamara, Quanisha, Alexander, Macaleb and Braylin; parents James and Sharon Marie sims; brother Jamie (Kristina) Sims; sisters Kimberly Faust and Tania Sims; one grandchild and other relatives and friends.
Jones Funeral Chapel of Crawford was in charge of arrangements.
