Jackie W. Latimore, 64, of Athens, formerly of Oglethorpe County, died Oct. 11, 2025. The funeral service was held at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 17 at Jones Funeral Chapel in Crawford with Pastor Clarence Burgess, eulogist.
Interment was in Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery.
Survivors include his son, Orlando (Irene Thomas) Latimore; extended daughter and son, Natashee (Martavious) Latimore Jackson and Martavious “Dre” Latimore; brothers; Billy (Maye) Latimore and Clinton (Sylvia) Latimore; half-sister, Debra Bonds; two grandchildren; special friend, Gail Watson; and other relatives and friends.
Jones Funeral Chapel of Crawford was in charge of services.
