Jammie Lee Taylor of Athens died July 11, 2025. The funeral service was 2:30 p.m. Saturday, July 19, 2025 New Hope Baptist Church, with Pastor Michael Gresham, eulogist.
Interment was in the Jennings Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife Virginia Taylor; daughter Stephanie (Lee) Shaw; son Jeffrey (Tracy) Taylor; four grandchildren; one great grandson; brothers Anthony (Belinda) Taylor, and David (Winnie) Taylor; sisters Melissa Calhoun, Wadine Love and Gracie Taylor; mother-in-law Pearlie Jones, and other relatives and friends.
Jones Funeral Chapel was in charge of services.
