John M. Howard, 72, of Lithonia, died Sept. 5, 2024.
The funeral service was held at noon Sept. 14 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Stephens, with the Rev. Dr. John H. Smith, eulogist, and Bishop Calvin Turner, pastor. Interment was in the church cemetery.
Survivors include his wife Addie Howard; children John Greg Howard (Tammy), Leonard Howard (Kimberly), Drico Howard (Natasha), Joneka Howard, Tasha Nance, Kelvin Lewis (Amy), and Marcus Lewis (Marie); sisters Josephine Howard and Sarah Stephens; 12 grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
Jones Funeral Chapel, Crawford, was in charge of services.
