Mrs. Mary Easter Craig of Rayle died Dec. 28, 2025. The funeral service was 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 4 at New Springhill Baptist Church, with the Rev. Dr. Reginald Hunter, eulogist. Interment was in the church cemetery.
On April 28, 1963, Mary married John and together they had four children: Angelet, John Jr., Princess and Mary Joe, along with Henry, whom they loved as one of their own.
Her stepchildren, Sammy, Melinda, Mary, Richard and Laverne; siblings, John, Doris B., Eddie, Doris C., Cleaster, Larry, Joe, and Mellanie; grandchildren; great grandchildren; spiritual goddaughter, Taylor Smith and other relatives and friends.
