Kites, not eagles, spotted in Arnoldsville

Arnoldsville resident Diana Vandecar recently found four Mississippi kites in a nearby tree in her neighborhood.  The raptors are often mistaken for bald eagles due to their white/gray heads and propensity to soar through the sky.
