Madi Kelley had nine aces, seven digs and six kills to lead the Oglethorpe County volleyball team to a 3-0 victory over Social Circle on Tuesday and into the area championship match.
The Patriots will host Aquinas in the area title match at 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 6. The winner will be the area champion and the runner-up will be the No. 2 seed for the state tournament.
Lake Oconee Academy and Social Circle will play at 5 p.m. Thursday to determine the Nos. 3 and 4 seeds.
