Arts! Oglethorpe brings stories to stage with ‘Almost, Maine’

Arts! Oglethorpe will take its Historic Crawford School audience on a journey north — to a small town near the Canadian border for a night full of hope, disappointment, joy and heartbreak.  Following its 30th season, members of Arts!

Arts!Oglethorpe celebrates three decades on the stage

Arts!Oglethorpe closes 30th season with ‘Shrek the Musical’

Arts!Oglethorpe will wrap up its 30th season with a production of “Shrek the Musical,” set to open Friday, June 20 at the Historic Crawford School.  The show will run for two weekends, from June 20–22 and June 26–28.

Arts!Oglethorpe kicks of 30th year with "Love Letters"

The Historic Crawford School will host a story spanning over half a century as Arts!Oglethorpe kicks off its third decade of operation with a production of A.R. Gurney’s “Love Letters” Feb. 20-22.

Arts!Oglethorpe hits stage with ‘Deathtrap’

Arts!Oglethorpe has been rehearsing three times a week since early January for its first show of the season, which director Bly Hartley describes as one “everyone can enjoy.” Ira Levin’s comedy/mystery/thriller “Deathtrap” will be performed Feb. 23-26 at the historic Crawford School.

When planning to direct Arts!Oglethorpe’s production of “Big Fish,” Brian Jones thought that the musical’s fantastical exploration of a father-son relationship would resonate with audiences.
