On Feb. 19, Oglethorpe County hosted the annual 4-H/FFA Winter Livestock show at the Oglethorpe Ag Education Center. The show was hosted by the Oglethorpe County Livestock Show Committee and was open to students from Oglethorpe and surrounding counties.

WATCH: OCHS boys, girls golf teams strive for successful upcoming season
Not having a local golf course hasn't stopped the Oglethorpe County boys golf team from focusing on this season. With last year’s region win under their belt, the team is looking for even more success. The Oglethorpe County girls golf team is working on building a strong foundation this season. With only four girls — only two who have played before — they're focusing on preparation before their first match in March.
