Rev. Raymond Wayne Duncan, 92, of Athens, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2022.   Born in Hart County, GA, he was a son of the late Spurgeon and Ammie Lee Roach Duncan and husband of the late Helen Cromer Duncan.  He was preceded in death by brothers Joe and Frank Duncan.
