Milton T. Bradberry, 82, passed away on April 17, 2023, at his home in Athens. He was preceded in death by his parents, Middleton and Myrtle Lee Bradberry and his brother, Elder. Mr. Bradberry was a lifelong member of Temple United Methodist Church.

Mr. Larry Ulysses Johnson, 81, lifelong resident of the Glade Community in Oglethorpe County, answered his final call on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at Nancy Hart Nursing Center in the Fortsonia Community of Elberton.

Obituary: Jeannie Elizabeth Fields

Mrs. Jeannie Elizabeth Fields, 69, of Lexington was born on Aug. 16, 1953, and peacefully passed away on May 14, 2023.   Jeannie was a hairdresser for most of her life, but worked for several different businesses in Oglethorpe until she retired.

Obituary: Helen Wray Clark

Helen Wray Clark passed away on May 18, 2023, at the age of 93, at the Greene Point Health and Rehab Center in Union Point.   She was born on Nov. 30, 1929, in Maxeys to the late Whitfield and Eula Wray. Helen was preceded in death by her husband, George W. Clark and best friend, Gene Channell.
