Donald Malone Andrews, 66, of Arnoldsville, died Nov. 10, 2023.    He was born on May 31, 1957 in Columbus to the late Sybil Smith Andrews and John Joseph Andrews, Sr. Don was a jack of all trades, and master of them, too.

Obituary: Linda Jane Gunter Mathews

Mrs. Linda Jane Gunter Mathews, 77, of North Eades Road, Carlton, died Saturday, Oct. 28, 2023 at Elbert Memorial Hospital.   Mathews was born Jan. 24, 1946, in Oglethorpe County, to William Sanders Gunter Sr. and Mary Jane Smith Gunter. She was a member of Millstone Baptist Church.

Shermekia Grant, 38, died Oct. 16, 2023. A memorial service was at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 29 at New Bethlehem Baptist Church in Carlton, with John Finch, officiant.

Obituary: Elizabeth L. Bonvin

Elizabeth L. Bonvin, 93, passed away at home with family on Saturday, Oct. 21.   Bets was born and raised in Detroit. During her high school years, the family moved to Syracuse, New York, where she graduated from Nottingham High School in 1948.

Obituary: Rosetta E. Wise

Rosetta E. Wise, 55, died Oct. 15, 2023. A memorial service was at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 23, 2023 at Jones Funeral Chapel in Crawford, with Pastor Gary M. Walker, eulogist.   Survivors include her sister, Courtney Faust; one niece; special friend, Bobby Kimbrough; aunts, uncles and other relatives.

Obituary: Donna Taylor Porter

Donna Taylor Porter, 46, of Stephens, died Oct. 23, 2023. Porter was the daughter of Martha Taylor and the late Raleigh Taylor. She was preceded in death by her first born, Michael Palmer, Aunt Carolyn Taylor and grandparents.   Donna loved her family, her only son and her fur babies.
