Mrs. Linda Jane Gunter Mathews, 77, of North Eades Road, Carlton, died Saturday, Oct. 28, 2023 at Elbert Memorial Hospital.   Mathews was born Jan. 24, 1946, in Oglethorpe County, to William Sanders Gunter Sr. and Mary Jane Smith Gunter. She was a member of Millstone Baptist Church.
